There’s a whole load information out there about food and it can be overwhelming and confusing, especially on social media. It’s hard to know who to believe. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your body, and, together with my knowledge and experience in Nutrition we can find a solution that works for you.
Diet Optimisation
A Nutrition Assessment consultation is ideal if you are looking to change your diet for any reason - whether you need to make changes for health reasons or just find your diet isn’t quite where you would like it to be, I am here to support you. I also help people transition to specific lifestyle choices such as Veganism or a plant-based diet. This is an opportunity to delve into your current diet and lifestyle, and gather information to complete my full evaluation as well as using pre-assessment client forms.
We will talk through your goals together, identify areas that we can work on and set some actions. A full action plan and any appropriate resource will be provided for you.
